Painter's Pole Staging
The fastest, most economical method for painting two-story Cape and Colonial style houses. Available in 18' and 24' lengths, the APPROVED PAINTER’S POLE platform can be easily adjusted in height. It is a quick and simple method designed to replace Ladder Jacks, Trestles and Swing Stages on residential houses.The aluminum 4" x 4" poles (spaced up to 22 feet apart) are placed upright about 30" from the building. Two small screw eyes are put into the building opposite each pole and spaced about 30" apart. Two hooks running from the pole to the screw eyes hold the pole in an upright position. There is a small pulley to adjust the height of the hooks to the screw eyes. A steel bracket, which any type of 14" plank sits on, is pulled up by a pulley attached to the top of the pole.
